We couldn’t do what we do without our volunteers; many of our staff started their careers as volunteers. It is an excellent way to check out if you are suited to a career in youth work.

Over the last few years, our volunteers have won awards both locally and nationally for their dedication and skills in volunteering and have been featured in the local press. We offer our volunteers lots of support and as much training as we can with the funding available to us.

If you don’t want to be ‘hands on’ with the young people but have just a little time to spare and would like to help our organisation, why not volunteer as a member of our board. If you have experience in the fields of education, justice or local industry, you could be invaluable in helping us to engage with the local community.

We are under represented by women and the BME community and would love more representation from the local motor vehicle industry.
